We are hiring a hands-on Performance Media Buyer to run Search arbitrage campaigns end-to-end from setup to scale in a hybrid India-based role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, launch and manage high-volume Google Display campaigns focused on search arbitrage—structure accounts, ad groups, keywords and match types for efficient scaling.
- Optimize bids, budgets and automated rules to hit CPA / ROAS targets while maintaining strict pace and spend controls.
- Design and execute rigorous A / B tests for creatives, landing pages and funnel flows; analyze results and iterate to improve conversion metrics.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, server-side / pixel strategies, GA4) and validate conversion attribution across platforms.
- Monitor traffic quality and take proactive measures against invalid / fraudulent traffic; work with partners to minimize waste and maintain compliance.
- Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights for ops and finance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale winning strategies.
