We're looking for a media buyer specifically with these requirements :

• 1+ years of proven work experience as a performance-driven Google Ads media buyer, preferably with E-Commerce based accounts.
• Deep experience with YouTube Ads, Display, and / or Discovery Ads. Knowing how to start, optimize and scale 'disruptive' ad formats is a must.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills. An analytical approach to working with the numbers behind campaign performance.
• Ability to use spreadsheets to create reports, analyse data, and drive strategic and tactical decisions.
• Proficient at managing multiple accounts and able to organise, prioritize, and structure workload.
