Business Analyst (Veeva)

Job description7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry. Strong experience with Veeva Vault applications (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS, CRM, eTMF). Deep understanding of content management, regulatory compliance, and commercial operations in the pharma domain. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and user training. Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills to liaise with business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration tools (preferred but not mandatory).
