Job Title : Senior Software Architect / Proxy PO

Location : Pune

Experience : 10 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Software Architect with a strong background in Agile project management and automotive software development . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end architecture design leverage AWS cloud technologies and integrate AI-driven solutions to shape the next generation of intelligent automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the software architecture design for scalable and secure automotive systems.
Define and execute Agile project plans ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware AI and cloud) to implement end-to-end solutions.
Design and optimize cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services .
Integrate AI and machine learning technologies into automotive applications for intelligent decision-making.
Provide technical vision and roadmap alignment with business and product goals.
Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural best practices and Agile methodologies.
Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in software architecture and system design (preferably in automotive domain).

Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and tools (Scrum Kanban Jira).

Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2 Lambda S3 CloudFormation etc.).

Practical experience with AI / ML technologies and frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch etc.).

In-depth knowledge of automotive software standards (ASPICE ISO 26262) is a plus.

Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science Electronics or a related field.

Good To Have-

Experience in autonomous driving connected vehicle systems or ADAS .

Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD pipelines in AWS environment.

Certifications in AWS Solution Architect or Agile / Scrum Master .
