Key Responsibilities of Role

• Key Accountabilities Systems & Processes Support Lead Engineer - To implement processes in alignment to Engineering organization's strategic goals - To implement process measurement systems that align with organizational goals - To educate and organize managers so that they will manage processes effectively Governance & Assurance - Support Lead Engineer to govern & ensure Adani Promoters' requirements, Regulator's requirements, Concession Agreement / OMDA Agreement requirements, Finishes Quality requirements etc.
• Design Standardization - To support Lead Engineering to benchmark best industry practices and standardize design elements across Adani Airports to strengthen brand identity Operations - Lead the asset Engineering managers across Adani Airports in generating design delivery strategies, and system improvements.
• Assess and mitigate strengths and weaknesses of teams within the design organization - Create systems and implement review mechanisms for progressive inputs on Engineering - Governing the implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) including defining TATs (Turn Around Time) for all activities to ensure consistency, seamless integration, timely deliveries, and standardization of activities - Develop close interaction with internal stakeholders to enable interdepartmental goals, objectives, and timely deliverables - Develop Look-ahead scenarios to ensure timely course corrections critical for operation of Engineering organization - Responsible to ensure timely and accurate deliveries by the Engineering organization, taking cognizance of other internal customer and stakeholder requirements - Conduct regular mission-meetings to ensure work is in progress as scheduled, ascertain future slippages and initiate corrective actions in advance and monitor the same for implementation - Track project progress in Engineering Review meetings by Asset design managers periodically - Generate reports and give presentations across departments and to management as applicable - Report all activities to the reporting manager to ensure transparency in working
