Technical Lead, ServiceNow ITSM Transformation, Corporate Engineering

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (e.g., CIS-ITSM).
• 8 years of experience in working with ServiceNow ecosystem with designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM Professional suite (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc), including custom application development, scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration.
• Experience in ServiceNow development including server-side and client-side scripting in JavaScript and ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

You will work in the trenches, leading a team of product engineers and collaborating with ServiceNow consultants to solve technical tests and deliver the new platform.
