Job descriptionInteract with mapped customers via meetings, video calls, and telephonic conversations.Handle a mapped book of 1000-1500 customers across 2-3 branches (C Category).Demonstrate and enroll customers in digital banking services.Convert leads from VRM (Virtual RM) and CEC (Customer Engagement Center).Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Deepen existing relationships in CA, SA, and TD segments.Ensure customer stickiness and upgrade category.Handle service requirements like account opening, cheque book issuance, and product feature explanation.Work closely with internal teams (LI, GI, KSEC, IC, Asset) for timely business conversion.Drive service activations and customer acquisition through referrals and family households.
