Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Surat. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for statutory audits, internal audits, risk advisory services, and corporate advisory. The role also involves handling income tax compliance, GST, litigation support, and advising on company law matters, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will support startups with guidance on fundraising, business structuring, government subsidies, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities

Income Tax :

• Filing of income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and companies.
• Handling income tax assessments, notices, and litigation matters.
• Providing tax planning and advisory services to clients.
