We are hiring Admin Executive for a leading Import and Export Company
We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration :
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance of records and files.
- Communication :
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Scheduling :
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Documentation :
- Prepare and process documents, including import / export documents, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Data Management :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Customer Service :
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Team Support :
- Assist other teams, including logistics, sales, and finance, as needed.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in an import / export organization.Graduate degree in any discipline.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.What We Offer
