Responsibilities
Implement RTM plans to ensure wider distribution of fresh milk across target markets
Optimize distributor, sub-distributor, and retail models for efficient market coverage
Map routes for urban, semi-urban, and rural outlets
activate new retail outlets in high-potential clusters
Build strong retailer relationships
Monitor route coverage, delivery efficiency, and outlet service frequency
Track daily sales reports, secondary sales, and outlet activation numbers
Coordinate with Regional Sales Team
Proven experience in building new markets, outlets, and distribution models
Strong knowledge of retail activation, and market development .
10–12 years of experience in RTM / Channel Sales in South region
