Position : Head Wellness Network

Reports to : Head Provider Network

Location : Mumbai

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a senior leader to build and optimize its nationwide OPD and wellness partner network. The role will drive provider acquisition, pricing strategy, contracting, quality governance, and performance analytics to ensure customers receive accessible, high-quality, and cost-efficient outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OPD, diagnostics, wellness, and pharmacy network expansion across key regions.
• Manage commercial discussions, tariff structuring, and contract finalization.
• Mentor and guide the network team across acquisition, negotiations, onboarding, and audits.
• Strengthen digital onboarding, credentialing, and provider lifecycle management.
• Ensure quality adherence, tariff optimization, and fraud / leakage control.
• Track provider performance KPIs, utilization trends, and customer experience metrics.
• Use analytics and insights to drive network decisions and service improvements.
• Deliver internal and regulatory reports on network performance.
• Stay updated on healthcare market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
• Drive digital-first integrations, including alignment with national health platforms.
