Travel Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients on travel options, and securing reservations. Daily tasks include coordinating with various travel service providers, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring complete and accurate travel plans are executed for clients.

• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business, or related field is preferred
