Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dindigul for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert destination knowledge, telecalling, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and managing travel plans. They will handle reservations, offer exceptional customer service, and ensure an effortless booking process for all clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
