About the Role :

As a Travel Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing expert travel advice, crafting personalized itineraries, and helping clients book their perfect trips. With a strong focus on sales and marketing, you'll also help promote exciting travel packages and connect with potential travelers who are eager to explore new destinations in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities :

Consult with prospective travelers

to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored travel advice and recommendations.

Create custom itineraries

that cater to various interests, from leisure to business travel.

Generate sales and upsell travel packages

by highlighting the best value offers and exclusive deals to clients.

Manage the booking process

from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Promote travel packages

through targeted marketing campaigns and strong client relationships.

Provide post-trip support

and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or inquiries.

What We're Looking For :

Passion for travel

and a genuine desire to help clients create memorable experiences.

Sales experience

in a service-based industry (travel sales preferred).

Marketing skills

to help promote travel packages and drive client engagement.

Excellent communication skills

with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Detail-oriented

and able to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
