Role Summary :
Reports to Manager, Buying Operations. Works closely with Merchandising Planning, Buying teams in North America and other teams as
necessary.

- This individual will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and routine problem solving with a willingness to learn
Role Description :
Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and timely using relevant tools.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.Prioritize orders based on urgency, business needs, and service level agreements (SLAs).Maintain internal trackers and databases to monitor order statuses, delivery schedules, and costs.Support the onboarding of new vendors by collecting required documents and setting up records.Assist in generating reports on buying activity, order accuracy, and vendor compliance.Ensure adherence to SLAs and flag any delays or exceptions to relevant stakeholders.Work with Buying Offices, Planners and VendorsCreation and documentation of best practicesLiaison between US Buying offices, vendors and Leadership teamMaintain workflow dashboard and reporting of business metricsOther specific tasks and special projects assigned. Provide regular reports on order status, vendor performance, and operational metrics.Train and manage teams on established processes, ensuring consistent understanding and execution. Drive process stabilization and optimization initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, minimize errors, and support scalable operations.It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
