Shifts : Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shift)

Salary : ₹27,000 – ₹36,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage international customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support
• Resolve technical issues for global customers (for tech roles)
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high customer satisfaction
• Meet performance metrics including Quality, CSAT, AHT, and Sales targets
• Update all interactions in CRM tools
• Work closely with team leads and quality teams for improvements
