We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in India to join our dynamic team. This role is suitable for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to learn in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and concerns.
