Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR & Operation Lead, based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing human resource policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive company culture. The HR & Operation Lead will also manage operational processes, optimize workflows, and coordinate cross-departmental activities to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management, Recruitment & Onboarding.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Workflow Optimization.
• Sound understanding of labor laws, compliance, and policy formulation.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with HR software and operational tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in HR and operations roles is preferred.
