Job descriptionImprove and optimize existing calculation models and allocation logic in ePBCS and ePCM. Design, develop, and maintain business rules , including complex logic beyond basic data copy or clear operations. Lead and support system testing , including the creation of test scripts and execution of test plans for enhancements and patches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and new functionality. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ePBCS, PBCS, or Hyperion Planning. Demonstrated experience creating and managing business rules and allocation logic. Foundational understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts, including P&L structure and forecasting processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Oracle ePCM or PCMCS. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, SQL) and automation tools (e.g., EPM Automate). Exposure to REST APIs and integration with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP). Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus. Functional-Technical Balance : Ability to bridge the gap between finance and IT, with a focus on functional outcomes. Job Title : Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems Oracle EPM (ePBCS & ePCM)

Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems to support and enhance our Oracle EPM Cloud applications Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (ePBCS) and Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (ePCM) . This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid of functional and technical expertise, with a strong foundation in financial planning and a passion for optimizing enterprise performance tools.
Key Responsibilities :
System Support & Administration (70%)
- Administer and maintain Oracle ePBCS and ePCM environments, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Manage and monitor data loads using tools such as FDMEE , Data Exchange , Data Pipeline , and Data Integration .
- Perform rigorous data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy across planning and profitability models vs. Source Systems.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user training documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to finance users, resolving issues and answering functional / system-related queries.
- Create & optimize new processes and automate existing processes in the Oracle EPM environment including the Monthly Patch testing requirements in both systems.
