About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through their academic journey, ensuring they make informed decisions about their education. You will be responsible for managing student inquiries, counseling sessions, and guiding applicants through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, eligibility, and career pathways.
• Manage student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads) and convert them into admissions.
• Conduct information sessions, presentations, and one-to-one counseling.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in CRM / ERP systems.
• Support outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, and webinars.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Ensure an excellent student experience throughout the admission lifecycle.
