Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Coordinator located in Mandi. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of equipment and machinery. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and performing preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing maintenance records, and supervising the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Management, and Maintenance
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management
• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mandi and manage time effectively
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
