Our growing portfolio includes kombucha and cold-pressed juices served through cafés, retail partners, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to lead outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives for our beverage line. This person will drive sales growth, build brand awareness, and nurture relationships with cafés, restaurants, co-working spaces, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, stores).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Prepare and present product samples, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain regular follow-ups with leads.

Marketing & Brand Building

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social, local).
  • Manage collaborations, events, and sampling drives.
  • Develop creative content in coordination with the design and media team.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to guide strategy.
  • Support packaging, point-of-sale, and promotional material development.
  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain lead trackers and CRM sheets.
  • Report weekly on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics for order fulfillment.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (F&B or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment.
