We are seeking a dynamic

Head – Legal

to lead the legal function for a leading FMCG / Food & Beverages organization. The ideal candidate will bring strategic legal expertise, leadership capability, and strong command over corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Experience : 15–20 years

Qualification :

LL.B / LL.M from a reputed law school

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions across business verticals.

Lead litigation strategy and liaise with external counsels and senior advocates.

Draft, vet, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.

Handle IPR portfolio including trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other applicable laws.

Advise management on risk mitigation, policy interpretation, and dispute resolution.

Mentor and manage an in-house legal team.

Ideal Profile :

15–20 years of experience with at least 4–5 years in a leadership capacity.

Strong background in corporate advisory, litigation management, and IPR.

Exposure to FMCG / Food / Commodities / Beverages industries preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
