Job Description :

Develop and execute organizationfive-year institutional and financial strategy to ensure growth and long-term sustainability.

Oversee budgets, compliance, and fiscal plan ning in coordination with the finance and audit teams.

Lead enrollment, marketing, and outreach, driving visibility and ensuring access and diversity.

Spearhead fundraising, partnerships, and CSR collaborations with donors, foundations, and corporates.

Collaborate closely with the Academic Head to align resources, systems, and academic priorities.

Supervise finance, operations, HR, and administration to ensure effective governance and accountability.

Job Requirements :

12–20 years of leadership experience in arts management, education, or creative sectors.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive institutional growth.

Strong experience in fundraising, financial management, and partnership building.

Deep understanding of academic and cultural ecosystems with sensitivity to creative processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
