AI Forge India is a subsidiary of AI Forge, a global AI incubator based in London that supports over 45 new AI startups each year. Focused on driving innovation and solving real-world challenges, the organization empowers entrepreneurs to disrupt industries and foster economic development. AI Forge offers a comprehensive 12-week program, with hands-on collaboration during 8 weeks of in-person sessions, conducted three times a year with 25 startups in each cohort. Startups also benefit from connections with experienced mentors and leading corporates to enhance their scaling potential and ensure success.

We want a battle-scarred, exited Founder , ideally in AI.

Someone who has lived the chaos and still loves the game. Someone who walks into a room and instantly earns respect because they’ve actually been there and done that

This is not a corporate CEO job .

This is the role for someone who wants to build the most exciting AI incubator in India and make it the beating heart of a global group stretching across 10 cities.

The Mission

AI Forge is an unusually complex machine with a lot of moving parts. You will need to be adaptable, creative, fast, and above all resilient.

Your world will span 7 ecosystems, and you must be 'fluent' in all of them :

  • India’s hyper-active startup & founder community
  • University TTOs & PhD spinout pipelines
  • A deep network of credible mentors
  • Corporates hungry for AI innovation hackathons
  • Exited founders & AI experts who fuel the program
  • Government agencies offering grants & support
  • Investors : angels, VCs, family offices providing funding our founders

This is full-throttle entrepreneurship , not management-by-committee.

  • A big personality with the confidence to tell founders when their “baby is ugly”
  • Someone who sells, persuades, motivates, and energizes naturally
