We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Business Consultant / Growth Officer who can drive revenue, close deals, and deliver high-quality business consulting for our clients.
Role Overview
The Business Consultant / Growth Officer will be responsible for bringing in clients, understanding their business needs, creating strategic business plans, and guiding them through implementation. This role demands strong business acumen, a consulting mindset, and high confidence in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Deal Closure
- Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients for business consulting and growth services.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
2. Business Consultation
Conduct thorough business analysis including SWOT, PESTEL, competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and financial assessment.Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client goals.Guide clients in areas like marketing, operations, sales, team building, and digital transformation.Work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate research and insights.3. Business Plan & Strategy Development
Prepare end-to-end business plans including market research, strategy, operations model, and financial projections.Develop GTM strategies, revenue models, customer segmentation, and positioning frameworks.Support entrepreneurs and startups with idea validation, planning, and scaling.4. Client Success & Project Execution
Oversee project delivery and ensure timely execution of planned tasks.Conduct review meetings with clients and guide them through implementation.Provide insights to improve client business performance and ROI.5. Internal Growth Contribution
Improve internal processes, SOPs, and service delivery quality.Identify new verticals and opportunities for Magsum Solutions to expand.Contribute to knowledge-building for the team through insights and best practices.
