Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships.
- Drive deals to closure by acquiring and expanding accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through market research, cold calling, and email marketing.
- Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations via phone, web, and in-person.
- Identify customer pain points and position IT-based SaaS solutions effectively.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills :
Relevant experience in IT-based SaaS product sales for US / UK / Canada / Europe region.Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Business acumen and problem-solving mindset.Experience with long sales cycles and closing high-value deals.Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.ioSelf-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.Skills Required
