Senior Human Resources Manager

Job descriptionRoll out company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) system Work with team leads to define quarterly / annual goals aligned to business vision Run monthly and quarterly OKR review cycles and maintain visibility dashboards Drive bi-annual performance review process Design appraisal, feedback, and growth systems Align compensation, incentives, and learning programs to performance Promote a culture of accountability, clarity, and ownership Organize team offsites, learning sessions, and engagement initiatives Act as a strategic advisor to founders and department heads 6–10 years of experience in HR; preferably in D2C, consumer, or startup ecosystems Strong exposure to OKRs, KPIs, and performance systems Hands-on experience in recruiting across levels and departments Strategic thinker with execution muscle and empathy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Opportunity to work directly with founders on org building Ownership and autonomy to shape SOLARA’s culture Competitive compensation and ESOPs High-growth, mission-driven environment

Role Summary :
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and scale our People function. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong performance systems, implementing OKRs across teams, and driving a high-performance culture.

- Own end-to-end hiring process across departments (marketing, ops, supply chain, tech, creative)
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through internal and external channels
- Partner with leadership to define hiring plans and org structure
