Job descriptionGraduate (Master’s in Marketing / Education preferred). 3–5 years of proven experience in admissions counselling for reputed schools. Excellent communication & presentation skills (English required; Kannada / Hindi a plus). Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and lead conversion abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions by presenting the school’s programs, facilities, and unique advantages to parents.
- Handle inquiries, conduct counselling sessions, and campus tours.
- Convert leads from campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins while maintaining timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on admission trends.
- Collaborate with the Principal, academic, and marketing teams to meet admission targets.
