Senior DFT Engineer

Mirafra Technologies Hiring Senior DFT Engineers :

Experience - 5 to 15 years

Location - Bengaluru

Notice period - 0 to 30 days

Qualification : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering with at least 3+ years of experience.

Knowledge in latest innovative trends in DFT , understanding different DFT architecture schemes .

Solid knowledge in DFT basics, different fault models, techniques.

Hands on experience in two or more from following list :

• MBIST implementation & Verification, SCAN architecture / implementation, Scan chain stitching, ATPG, ATPG simulations, DFT SDC, DFT timing, DFT RTL, DFD, DFT verification, IP DFT, Boundary SCAN, iJTAG, SSN.
• Good understanding is required on PLLs, OCC, compression architecture, LEC and PD implementation.
• Post-silicon experience is a plus
• TCL / PERL scripting experience is preferable.
