Work with Founders & Tech Leaders – Understand business needs and refine job specs.

Bring Market Awareness – Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation, and talent pools.

Move Fast & Smart – Thrive in dynamic, fast-growth environments.

✅ What We’re Looking For :

1–3 years of experience in tech or startup hiring

Strong sourcing and screening skills
