TAC Security - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity and information security positions including but not limited to : Security Analysts, SOC Engineers, Penetration Testers, Security Architects, GRC specialists, and more.
• Partner with cybersecurity leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, networking events, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical capabilities.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate debrief sessions, and manage the offer process.
• Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and skillsets to continuously improve recruitment strategy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to Qualifications :
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent

experience).
