Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Program Manager to lead key initiatives aimed at creating new revenue channels and optimizing our current channels. As a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities within our admission counseling funnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to ensure complete alignment and the achievement of optimal results.

Roles & responsibilities :

Drive Strategic Initiatives :

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on creating new revenue channels and optimizing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive informed decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and refine strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Initiative Tracking and Evaluation :

  • Establish robust tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of progress.
  • Conduct regular assessments to determine the success of initiatives and extract valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges hindering the success of initiatives.
  • Growth Opportunity Identification :

  • Analyze and identify growth opportunities within the current admission counseling funnel. Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential areas for expansion and improvement.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to translate identified opportunities into actionable plans.
  • Hands-On Execution :

  • Act as a hands-on leader, actively involved in the execution of strategic plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure strong execution.
  • Address challenges and roadblocks promptly to keep initiatives on track.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management :

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Drive a results-oriented approach, maintaining focus on achieving key performance indicators and strategic objectives.
