Job Description :
At UpGro Digital, we grow through strategic partnerships. We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to be the architect of our Saudi / GCC expansion. Your primary objective is to curate a powerful network of elite channel sales partners in Saudi Arabia and other key GCC markets. You will be the vital link that empowers these partners with our 'strategy-led' digital marketing solutions, ensuring their success and, in turn, driving our mutual revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where quality of relationships directly translates to quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Mapping : Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our network of Channel Partners across Saudi Arabia and key GCC markets. Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle.
- Enablement & Growth : Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing them with sales training, marketing collateral, and joint sales support to ensure their success in selling UpGro's services.
- Revenue Management : Be directly accountable for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets derived from the channel partner network.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage relationships to ensure mutual profitability and long-term success.
Key Qualifications :
Proven experience in channel development, partner management, or strategic business development, with a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets through a partner network.Hands-on working experience in the GCC and a strong understanding of its business culture.Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior-level partners.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to excel independently in a remote setting.Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.Location & Language Requirement : While this is a remote role, you must be based in Kerala to facilitate periodic in-person collaboration.
