About the Role :

Rhythm Innovations is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Field Service Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable configurations
• Design workflows, service appointments, work orders, and mobile solutions for field technicians
• Customize and configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) components including dispatcher console, scheduling policies, and service territories
• Integrate Field Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
