About the Role :
Rhythm Innovations is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Field Service Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable configurations
- Design workflows, service appointments, work orders, and mobile solutions for field technicians
- Customize and configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) components including dispatcher console, scheduling policies, and service territories
- Integrate Field Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in Field Service CloudStrong understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and mobile capabilitiesHands-on experience with Work Orders, Service Resources, Skills, Territories, and SchedulingProficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process BuilderSalesforce Field Service Certification is highly preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teamsWhat We Offer :
