Salesforce Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFDC core and be proficient in Apex, Flows, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Experience with tools such as Formstack, sDocs, Youreka, and Community Portals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Salesforce systems.
• Create and manage Salesforce workflows, Apex triggers, and process automations.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of Salesforce functionalities.
