Job Description – Project Sales Engineer

Location : Patparganj, New Delhi

Experience : 5 – 10 Years

Industry : Lithium Battery / Energy Storage / Automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation, capital equipment, or the lithium battery industry .
  • Strong understanding of plant setup, SPMs, robotics, and battery assembly lines.
  • Sound knowledge of P&L management, project budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire clients for turnkey lithium battery manufacturing and automation projects by generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
  • Develop and manage B2B project sales in battery assembly lines, cell testing, automation, and robotics.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations, including P&L analysis, ROI, and investment justifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to demonstrate capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with battery manufacturers, OEMs, and energy solution providers.
