Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and administer JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes for multiple teams.
• Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for automation and advanced JIRA functionalities.
• Integrate JIRA with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins and other enterprise systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain JIRA plugins and add-ons.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and implement best practices for performance and security.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to streamline processes and optimize project tracking.
