Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Sr IT Engineer - F5 Network Administrator to join our team and support network infrastructure for a leading healthcare organization. In this role, you will manage F5 Load Balancing environments and contribute to critical infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and manage F5 BIG-IP LTM (Local Traffic Manager) and F5 BIG-IP DNS (formerly GTM - Global Traffic Manager).
• Apply strong knowledge of F5 Load Balancing concepts and algorithms to ensure optimal system performance.
• Administer Linux / Unix OS, leveraging Unix shell scripting, Python, and Ansible for automation.
• Oversee I-Series to R-Series migration as part of infrastructure transformation projects.
• Utilize network monitoring systems to manage and resolve network incidents.
• Implement ITIL processes for incident management, change management, and problem management.
• Work with ServiceNow for IT service management and ticketing.
• Coordinate after-hours changes, OS upgrades, and security patches with flexibility for weekend shifts.
