F&B Captain

We are looking for an experienced F&B Captain to be one of the leaders of our front-of-house team and help us deliver warm, memorable dining experiences. If you’re passionate about hospitality, skilled at managing service operations, and great with guests, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Lead your section and ensure smooth, guest-focused service
• Guide guests through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Coordinate with the kitchen & bar to maintain seamless operations
• Train, motivate, and support junior staff
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
• Oversee opening & closing duties
