The Role :

The Hub Spot Developer will have experience with both the development and administration of Hub Spot. The candidate must have a basic understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and familiarity with Salesforce is desired.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand and implement their Hub Spot requirements.

Coordinate with administrators of other internal systems to ensure a seamless flow of data.

Configure and maintain Hub Spot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub tools.

Build and manage workflows, sequences, lists, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.

Create and manage reports and dashboards in Hub Spot for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.

Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity within Hub Spot CRM (imports, deduplication, validation).

Manage Hub Spot user roles, permissions, and security settings.

Troubleshoot and resolve reported Hub Spot issues.

Train and support end-users on Hub Spot features, best practices, and new updates.

Stay current with Hub Spot product updates and recommend enhancements to optimize processes

Requirements : A bachelor’s degree.

5+ years of experience with Hub Spot administration (CRM, Marketing, Sales).

Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Familiarity with HTML / CSS / Java Script (helpful but not primary).

Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier) is an asset.

Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools is desirable.

Desired Hub Spot Certifications : Hub Spot Marketing Software, Hub Spot Sales Software, Revenue Operations, Hub Spot Reporting.
