Job Summary : We are seeking highly motivated Python Automation Engineers with experience in Telecom / Networking domains to develop and maintain automation solutions for legacy systems, network services, and cloud-based deployments. The roles involve building reusable Python modules, integrating with APIs and tools, and designing end-to-end automation workflows to enhance network operations and observability.

Location : Mumbai

Mode of Work : Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

Optimizing and Performance Turning

Analyze query patterns, access logs, and usage metrics to propose schema optimizations, partitioning, clustering, or materialized views.

Identify opportunities for improving BigQuery query performance and reduce storage / computational costs.

Collaborate with engineering teams to refactor inefficient queries and optimize workloads.

Project and Cost Governance Monitor and manage BigQuery project structures, billing accounts, configurations, quotas, resource usage and hierarchies. Implement and enforce cost control policies, quotas, and budget alerts. Generate regular reports on usage, spend, and anomalies for stakeholders.

Collection and Support : Act as a liaison between engineering and finance teams for BigQuery -related matters. Support onboarding of new projects and teams into the BigQuery environment. Provide training and guidance on cost-efficient BigQuery usage.

Best Practices and Compliance : Define and promote BigQuery usage standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies. Maintain documentation for project setup, optimization strategies, and governance processes.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically BigQuery .

Strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and cloud cost management.

Experience with GCP billing, IAM, and resource management.
