Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Admin with strong communication skills and a talent for cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping teams aligned, ensuring deliverables are on track, and independently managing operational workflows. Prior experience with HubSpot, Excel, and working in fast-paced environments is essential.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the operational point of contact for HubSpot-related tasks across departments.
• Ensure smooth execution and tracking of marketing and sales deliverables.
• Maintain alignment between teams by facilitating communication and syncing progress updates.
• Use HubSpot for campaign setup, contact management, reporting, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to support business insights and operational planning.
• Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignments and take initiative to resolve them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
