Job descriptionConsistently hitting daily outreach and follow-up targets. Booking and running a steady volume of calls each week. Closing high-quality coaches into the program every month. Clearly tracking your numbers and knowing exactly where your pipeline sits at all times. 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / partnerships (inside sales or DM-based sales is a big plus). Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection. Strong written communication (short, sharp, clear messages). Confident on the phone / video for short sales calls. You care about fitness and can talk to coaches without faking it. Experience selling to coaches, creators, or influencers. Experience doing outbound on Instagram / social. You’ve sold something online yourself (your own coaching, services, etc.). Opportunity to help build a flagship partner channel at a growing fitness brand. We’re now hiring a Sales Executive to help us bring more elite coaches into our partner ecosystem.
Role Overview
Your job : identify great fitness coaches, start conversations, book calls, and close them into our partner program.
You’ll live in DMs (mainly Instagram), WhatsApp, and short sales calls. This is a hunter role : high activity, high ownership, clear targets.
What You’ll Do
- Find and reach out to fitness coaches and trainers online (primarily Instagram).
- Start new qualified conversations every day and keep a tight follow-up cadence.
- Handle basic objections and move serious prospects to the finish line quickly.
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date with every touchpoint and status.
- Work closely with our Affiliate Success Manager to ensure smooth handoff and activation of new partners.
