Job Summary

NIIT Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and outstanding communication abilities. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs, with a special focus on new hire induction programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Training Programs :
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate various training sessions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Manage training calendars, invitations, and attendance records.
  • Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and available as needed.

New Hire Induction :

  • Design and implement effective induction programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Administrative Support :

  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Handle training-related inquiries and provide necessary information to participants.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of training programs based on feedback and assessment data.
  • MS Office Proficiency :

  • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, tracking training progress, and generating reports.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • Develop and manage documentation using MS Word.
  • Communication :

  • Serve as a point of contact for trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding of training objectives and schedules.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback to participants and trainers.
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training coordination or similar role.
  • Skills :
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
