Brand Manager [10 / 10 / 2025]

We are looking for a Brand Manager who can take charge of our dealer and retailer shop branding initiatives. This role is all about building strong visibility in the market by ensuring our brand presence stands out at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute shop branding activities at dealer and retailer outlets (signage, display, wall branding, glow sign boards, POP materials, etc.).

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and printing agencies to ensure quality and timely execution.

Develop creative branding strategies to enhance visibility and recall.

Monitor branding implementation and ensure brand guidelines are followed at every outlet.

Work closely with the sales team to identify priority shops / markets for branding.

Track and report branding effectiveness with periodic reviews.

Requirements :

Graduate in Marketing / Branding / Business (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in brand activation / shop branding / trade marketing.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Good eye for design and detail with practical execution mindset.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to travel extensively for market visits.
