Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
IT Recruiter
to manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top tech talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that supports our company’s technical growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone / video), and assess technical fit in collaboration with tech leads.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for both current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports.
Keep up to date with IT hiring trends, market salaries, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in
IT recruitment
, either in-house or at an agency.
Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT terminology.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.).
Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment CRMs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience hiring for product-based or SaaS companies.
Knowledge of technical assessments, coding platforms, or remote hiring tools.
