Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and evaluate
IT professionals
for various technical roles.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, from job posting to onboarding.
Utilize
ATS (preferably Job Diva) platforms
to track and manage candidate submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Leverage various sourcing methods, including
LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and market demands in IT recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of experience
in
technical recruiting
within IT staffing.
Strong knowledge of
MSP / VMS platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a
PST shift
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working with
Fortune 500 clients / Bay area clients
