Urgent Search : Deputy Manager Automation and Control

Role & responsibilities

• Paint shop and General Assembly M&E Automation and control system feasibility study, planning, develop specification, technical bid package preparation, bids evaluation and scheduling
• Implementation Electrical & Control architecture for Paint shop M&Es, Paint and GA Robotic system and Conveyor system, Transfer system
• Study of equipment and understand the requirement from shop ME for design the electrical and controls system for Paint M&E .
• Preparation of estimation and submit the budget to program budget and technical review with functional lead.
• Preparation of scope of requirement, PRs, ROs & work with purchase for converting the PO.
• Technical evaluation of bidders, project scheduling, master dot updating and ensure to implement the electrical and control system as per target.
• Electrical and Controls drawings review & approvals and ensure the implementation, Invoices approval, System buyoff & contract closure.
• PLC, HMI, VFD, Robot programming & modification for new and existing M&Es.
