Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guidance Counselor for Immigration, Study Abroad and Abroad Internship based in Bengaluru as representative. The Guidance Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students and professionals, helping them navigate educational and career opportunities abroad. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assisting with visa applications, offering guidance on academic and internship programs, and providing support for language training and cultural adaptation.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Counseling skills
• Education and Psychology background
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases effectively
• Experience in immigration services is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
